Nestling between the Quantock, Brendon and Blackdown Hills, Oake Manor is a medium-length course located in the Somerset countryside. A series of lakes, falls, and a trout stream bisect this 6,105-yard layout on ten of the 18 holes here. The course opened over a former farm in 1992 with a design by architect Adrian Stiff.
Visitors are welcome; the standard walking rates are £34/round or £48/day on Mondays through Thursdays; £36/round or £52/day on Fridays, then £40/round or £60/day on weekends and bank holidays. Junior and winter rates are also offered.

Played twice this winter when various holes were closed.Even so, a challenging course, good greens and course well maintained. Staff in pro shop very friendly.

Played in June 2014, beautiful course, fast greens, a little short for low handicappers but a challenge none the less. Staff were excellent and breakfast was great.
