Hi folks! I saw a meme in a WhatsApp group chat about customer support burnout and someone replied with a real tip—ai chatbot that they were trying out for their online craft store. I figured why not give it a go, signed up for the waitlist (still free). I really liked that it's targeting everyday business owners instead of giant enterprises.
