The Newport 2 was a new addition to the Oil Can line in 1997. It features a heel-toe weighted head with a more sharp, mechanical look. 1/4 toe-hang produces the same toe flow as the Newport, but at address the putters are strikingly different. Scotty describes the Newport as "bulbulous" and the Newport 2 as "blockier." The Newport 2 also features a sight-line for easy alignment.
