While this club was founded in 1955, the current course was designed Gary Player and his then-staff architect Tim Freeland, ASGCA. Five sets of tees stretch play from 5,515 to 6,919 yards.
Of special note here is the 19th hole — a floating green in the lake that is located in the middle of the course. The floating green was a collaboration between GAGC head professional Brian Crowell and Michael Lehrer, owner of Home Green Advantage in nearby Armonk, New York.
