Contra Costa Country Club opened in 1925 with a design by Arthur Vernon Macan; in 1992 it was redesigned by the late architect Robert Muir Graves and a renovation by Robert Trent Jones II was just completed for a grand reopening in May 2015. Mount Diablo is in view from most of the 145 acres, which is full of oak, eucalyptus, and redwood trees; Contra Costa remains the most beautiful walking course in Contra Costa County.

We were guests via the Troon network and the staff at the pro shop were super welcoming to us. Course was in beautiful shape and the pin positions were TOUGH, but that's the challenge. Afterwards had great food and bev at the club. Will definitely play here again.
