This parkland-style course was designed by architect George Davies has several creeks and two lakes serving as water hazards. The course hosts two regional events each year — the Pepsi Super Valu Irvin Cobb Golf Championship in July and the Texas Roadhouse Tri-States Senior Open in September.
The standard walking rates are $18 on weekdays, then $20 on weekends and holidays (carts are $12/person).

Great course - folks running it could not be nicer.
You can play all day for one green fee - course is in great shape and greens are extremely well maintained

The course is a good test for the entire game. It is a thinking course. Has a lot of british open elements that is tree lined. The new additions of water on 2,13,14 and 15 make the course tougher. You can score from the fairway and penalize if you stray, but very little rough. The champion bermuda greens are awesome, they roll true and fast. They are constantly trying to improve the course.
