$20 with a cart is hard to beat on a Sunday morning. I believe that must be a winter rate since it is March, but it was about 70 degrees today.

I don't know if they are building new tees and working on some of the greens or if it's related to playing in March before the course is really in shape, but the tees weren't in great shape and many of the greens had a lot of sand on them.

All of the staff was very nice and it wasn't too crowded so we had no issues with pace of play.

nice course, well ran with good starters and rangers. I didn't think much of there hospitality. Its almost like there doing you a favor by being there. Just my opinion. Nice course, I'll go back.
