Medinah Country Club
6N001 Medinah Rd
Medinah, IL 60157-9653, United States

630.773.1700
This private club is best-known for its No. 3 course, which has hosted five professional major championships and the very memorable 2012 Ryder Cup Matches (Europe 14½, United States 13½).

Course No. 1 was originally designed by Tom Bendelow, although Roger Packard and Roger Rulewich had overseen a renovation. Then in 2012-2013, retro-traditionalist architect Tom Doak oversaw a complete redesign of the course. The renovated course No. 1 reopened on June 14, 2014.

Played course #1 for the first time since they revamped the course. Tough but fair, course was in great shape, just stay out of the rough!
