This links-style design is open to the public and lies just outside Saint Louis, within view of the Gateway Arch. Gateway National features tall grasses, lakes, wood-tie bunkers, and some large cottonwoods. Golfers navigate the course in part on boardwalks and stone bridges.

Great course...well maintained...fun to play. I was able to get a golf now tee time at 9:24 on a Sunday for $49, which I think is a great price for a weekend tee time for a course of this caliber. I would rate it in my top two for STL area of the courses I've played so far.

you can see the sky line of downtown st louis which is neat,nice course true links price is a little high but check for deals worth playing

The course is in EXCELLENT shape after this hot dry summer we have been having. The fairways were in great shape and the greens were in very good condition.
