This 18-hole course opened in May of 1992 with a design by architect Jack Frei that includes a very difficult par-4 17th hole, followed by a par-3 18th that features an island green framed by a cascading waterfall.

Echo has some great holes (17 & 18) and some poor ones too. It is usually wetter than most other local courses. the routing is particularly bad with the transition from 11 green to 12th tee probably the worst walk I have ever seen.
