This par-70 course plays along the rugged and picturesque Donegal Bay coastline with a mixture of dunes and undulating links terrain. Views of the Atlantic Ocean to the west are opposite views of the Dartry Mountains to the east.

The clubhouse includes a full golf shop staffed with teaching professionals, as well as changing rooms, food service, and a bar. A practice fairway and putting green are also available.

Visitors are welcome; the non-GUI rates are €55 on weekdays, €65 on weekends. Golf societies are also welcome with prior arrangement, while a variety of memberships are also offered.
