September 2020 - inbetween lockdowns. Stayed at the Hotel for 4 days and played all 3 courses: PGA, Kings and then Queens in that order. Liked Kings best for the actual course/challenge and Queens was simply a wonderful course on our last day in blue sky weather. But really all 3 were absolutely superb and in top condition. Lucky with the weather as well.

May not ever get there again but if you can, play all 3.

Played Queens Course first - really enjoyable course, greens weren't in best condition as they'd been treated so were quite bumpy.

Kings Course was fabulous - tough but stunning

Can't wait to return and would play both courses again

Not a links course and frankly, while it is interesting and well maintained, there are many courses in the USA that are easily its equal

Lovely setting but unfortunately the condition of the course was pretty poor. We took advantage of the fourball for £200 in April but the greens were pretty poor and on some parts of the course heavy maintenance was being carried out. £50 per head not too bad but would consider twice before paying the full amount of over £100 per round. Would rather play one of the other courses i.e. Centenary or the Queens. However the free course guide, shop and clubhouse are excellent.
