Better than decent conditions and layout. Staff were friendly both times I have been in. Only thing I am not fond of is off the tee on every 4 and 5 par it is driver. No strategy, just hit. Rack rate is a bit much but I really like the course.

Greens were punched and heavily sanded. No notification at booking or during check in. Was like putting through a sand trap. Waited every shot. Very poor pace of play.
