The club dates to 1887, although they moved to this site in 1974. Visitors and societies are welcome here, but should book in advance. The visitor summer walking rates here are £30 weekdays, £40 weekends, while visitor winter rates are £20 weekdays, £30 weekends. Playing the course with a member cuts those rates in half.

Great course with some very interesting holes. Two holes had greens that were unsighted from the tees, tough when you don't know how to play from the tee, excellent condition greens were very good
