Course is generally kept in good condition, especially the greens. Grass around greens is usually quite lush so can make close range chipping a little challenging(but I can't blame the course if I'm short or off target). I like the course and I like the people there. It's certainly not just a winter course, but if you're looking for somewhere to play during the winter Selby is certainly worth a visit.

Very lush fairways given the dry weather they must be using a lot of water.
Good coarse but nothing special and green fees at £40 not competitive with coarses of similar quality and lack BRS system meant no idea what time able to tee off until you arrive.
Coarse was very quiet so able to enjoy the round and take our time and food after was very good
