While the club dates to 1886, they moved to this site in 1999. This very attractive parkland-style course was designed by architect David Hemstock and literally tumbles and rolls over parts of the Derbyshire countryside. The club was awarded GolfMark and Clubmark by the EGU and EWGA for being a welcoming club for new golfers of all ages.
Visitors are welcome, although advance booking is recommended. The standard walking rates are £36/round or £54/day on weekdays, then £45/round on weekends. Societies are also welcome with prior arrangement.
