Architects Phil Ryan and Gary Thompson designed this 18-hole course, which opened in the autumn of 2006 about a 30-minute drive east of Melbourne's CBD. The undulating fairways of Santa Ana Couch, which are fully irrigated using recycled water, provide wide landing zones so the golfer can "have a go" off the tee, however in doing so would need to negotiate the 63 bunkers and 11 lakes and wetlands.

The standard green fee is A$50 (carts are A$40), although senior, junior, and 9-hole rates are available, as are memberships.
