Played in early March and the course was very wet from recent rains. The fairways were in good shape but the bunkers were impossible to tell given that most were filled with water. The greens were very rough because of the time of year so it's hard to say.
Most of the holes either are a long Par 3 or feels like one. I personally don't dislike it but it isn't for everyone.

At best this expensive executive course has just a few holes worth the experience. I was disappointed. If you like playing shot par 4's and par 3's this is your course. A typical Randy Watkins over priced course. 50.00 bucks really?? Nope. Greens were in good condition.
