River Bend Golf Links, formerly Cattail Creek Golf Links, is under new management.
River Bend is a challenging, but fair golf course, known for having no two holes that look alike. It rewards accuracy and course management over the ability to knock it off the planet! Straight, accurate and smart is the way to play River Bend. At the ripe age of 60, the course has had plenty of time to grow in. Because of its previous life as a dairy farm, you can rest assured there is plenty of mature trees narrowing this links style course.

A short little cow pasture that always has condition problem that can lead to bad ball striking habits

The new management has truly turned the cours around. The new owners continues to improve this course. Green fees are affordable, the staff is pleasant and the food in the restaurant is excellent!!!

The new management that has been in place for about 2 years continues to improve this course. It is not TPC or WGV, but the green fees are affordable, the staff pleasant, and good family course.

Been playing this course for 20 years. Always called it the "Goat Pasture". Played 3 weeks ago. Under new management. Fairways have improved slightly. Greens were over seeded. I reserve judgement until greens improve more. It is a bargain price which is it's only true attraction. A practice course.

Still the same cow pasture it has been for 15 years. If the fairways just had some grass it would be better. The greens are pretty good so with it being cheap to walk, that's why I go.
