CCJ offers two courses (Woodmead and Rocklands) located in the suburb of Sandton, north of Johannesburg. The 600-hectare estate is home to 180 species of bird and fourteen dams, which irrigate the two championship courses and are well-stocked with numerous kinds of fish.
Originally designed by the Hawtree family of Golf Architects based in England, both courses were recently refurbished by Golf Data, a South African course design and construction firm. The courses use Kikuyu grass on the tees, fairways, and semi-rough like most South African golfing establishments. The greens are constructed to the USGA's tri-layer specification and are seeded with L93 Bent on the Woodmead course.
The golf facilities include two full-time teaching professionals, a practice range, and two putting greens.

Top course. Played it in winter so a little dry. Will be exceptional in summer and would rate scenery a 5 then. 36 holes available.
