Laleham Golf Club, established in 1903, is the only club in the UK situated on an island -- the Abbey River (a sidearm of the River Thames) runs on one side of the course, with the Thames on the other. The course was designed by 1904 Open Champion Jack White.
Standard visitor walking rates are £35 weekdays with sliding twilight discounts after 2:00 p.m. Visitors are allowed on weekends after 12:00 noon at £40. Societies are also welcome on the same schedule, with advance arrangement.
