It's a great course for the value in the area. The greens are usually fast and steady and the fairways lush. If you have a later tee time, it may be a bit slower than a 4hr round, but rounds before 12 get around in 4hrs or less.
Great hospitality, at the pro shop and at the turn/19th hole. Staff is very friendly. It's not Glen Abbey but your not paying $350 a round either.

I probably should have been a little easier on them with my rating but the pace of play was so slow I could finish a drink between holes! The course was very, VERY dry - too dry. The bunkers were like concrete (in fairness I only landed in three so perhaps I just got unlucky).
The scenery rating is because there is no scenery unless you call houses scenery.
