In the late 1970's local realtor and entrepeneur Bill Bilton had a dream of creating a golf and real estate complex the envy of all others.
As a golf course architect he selected Robert Trent Jones Senior. For a property a site bordered by sagebrush-covered hills to the north and the South Thompson River to the south was selected. An inspired choice it was!

The course is boring and lacks character. No starter and no marshals. It took just over 5 hours for us to get around as a 2some. Too many good options for golf in and around Kamloops to bother with this track.
