Let's face it, you get what you pay for. This is a very low priced course in an area where the average green fees are very high. It certainly could be better maintained, but the scenery is fabulous and you can't beat the value. Reasonable golf at a very decent price. With the right wind, 300+ yard drives are easily available on the 2nd hole.
