Silverado's two 18-hole, parkland-style courses were Robert Trent Jones Jr. and cover 360 acres. In November of 2010, the North Course was reopened with a renovation overseen by 1973 U.S. Open champion Johnny Miller. The renovation included a complete bunker renovation, the addition of 21 new tees (both championship and forward) and the beginning of a turf renovation program on the fairways of the North Course.
Rates for the North Course are slightly higher than the South Course: $139 Mondays through Thursdays, then $169 on Fridays, weekends, and holidays. Same-day replay and sliding twilight rates are also offered.

Outstanding layout/redesign for North Course- sets up to be on par with the best of Norcal classic designs. Staff could be more attentive to guests- the mix of members and hotel guests was awkward, i.e 5somes with 5 carts, etc. But overall still great

Thought I was playing in the US Open. The rough was rediculous. 3 feet off fairway, ball lost! Thanks Johnny!
