Sunriver Resort owns and operates two courses (Meadows and Woodlands) and offers access to two nearby, separately-owned courses, Crosswater and Caldera Links.
MEADOWS:
This course opened in 1981 with a design by Fred Federspiel, although architect John Fought oversaw a major redesign that opened in 1999. The Meadows runs through a thick forest of evergreens and retains the feel of the traditional parkland-style courses of the 1920s and 30s. This course has hosted many USGA and NCAA events, including the men's D-1 championship a few years back.
WOODLANDS:
This highly-regarded Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design has a significant amount of water in play, as well as lava rock outcroppings. As with the Meadows Course, evergreens are in abundance here.

Accessible to Sunriver Resort guests and Crosswater members only, this heathland-style course runs through 600 acres of evergreens and wetlands. Five sets of tees permit as many as seven shots over the Deschutes and Little Deschutes rivers. This course also hosted the 2010 Champions Tour JELD-WEN Tradition.

was not what expected for Sunriver. Slow, marshall ineffective, locked restrooms (needed code), no beverage cart, no scenic views. not in our plans to return. On the positive...lodge nice.
