The Minneapolis Parks Board owns and operates the regulation 18-hole course and the popular par-3 course. The main course opened in 1916 while the par-3 dates to 1958. The chief water hazard here is Bassett Creek which, incidentally, also flows through Brookview Golf Course, located not far west of this course.
