After being closed for some time due to a string of management changes, LochenHeath reopened in April of 2011 after being purchased by the Traverse City-based group LochenVest LLC. Local PGA teaching pro Mike Husby is overseeing restoration of the course.

Course was in great condition, good price for what you get in the course.Definately cannot wait to play this gem again. Good test of golf for decent palyers. Couple of blind shots,after playing this course for the first time I am eager to get another crack at it.
