played it one month after giving it an average rating and this week found the course in much better condition; fairways and greens were in above average conditions (probably have to go to private club to find better conditions). i highly recommend this course and with the $25 rate on tuesday you just cannot find a better deal on a better course. i gave it 4 stars on maintenance due to the improvements in one month and the work being done on the date i played; although bunkers were in need of work. keep it up
